ABOUT
I work with adult couples and individuals struggling with a variety of issues including anxiety, depression, codependency, anger management, and more. More often than not, the underlying cause of the problem is an unhealthy pattern of behaviors or thoughts that keeps us stuck in exactly the situation we are trying to avoid.

My approach to counseling is integrative, combining mindfulness techniques, CBT, EFT, ACT, and some psychoanalysis. I use mindfulness to cultivate emotional awareness, CBT to challenge negative thought patterns, and ACT to promote psychological flexibility. EFT helps release emotional blockages, while psychoanalysis explores the unconscious. Together, these approaches empower clients to manage stress, gain self-insight, and develop resilience in navigating life's challenges.

In our sessions, you will receive compassionate, personalized support in a safe and nonjudgmental environment. We will work together to develop a tool kit of evidence-based practices, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), EFT, mindfulness techniques, and other cutting-edge approaches. My goal is to equip you with the skills and insights needed to navigate life's obstacles with greater resilience, emotional regulation, and clarity, empowering you to achieve lasting, positive change.
